Team & Culture:

We're a small, dynamic team of 5, with plans to scale to around 15-20 by the end of 2024. We value collaboration, innovation, and a strong sense of ownership. As a member of our engineering team, you'll work closely with our CTO and Head of Engineering to design, develop, and deploy our core product.

Role Overview:

We're looking for a talented and motivated Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for both frontend and backend development, ensuring that our product is robust, scalable, and user-friendly. You'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and play a key role in shaping the future of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CTO and Head of Engineering to design and build new features for our product.
• Develop and maintain both the frontend (React.js) and backend (Node.js) of our application.
• Work with AWS to deploy and manage serverless applications.
• Implement microservices architecture to ensure the scalability and flexibility of our platform.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented TypeScript code.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and optimization to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Contribute to the overall technical direction and architecture of the product.

Tech Stack:

• Frontend: React.js, TypeScript
• Backend: Node.js, Microservices
• Cloud: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Serverless Computing

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role.
• Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, and AWS. Experience with serverless computing and microservices is a plus.
• Mindset: A problem-solver with a passion for building scalable and user-friendly products. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Benefits:

Salary: Circa £55,000 - £60,000 (depending on exp)
