We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-organised Sales Executive, with great communication skills to join our team.

At nDuo, we specialise in delivering personalised IT support and crafting bespoke IT solutions for small to Enterprise sized businesses. As a proud member of the Apple Consultants Network, we are dedicated to helping our clients leverage the full potential of Apple products and other technologies to enhance their business operations.

A key part of our offerings is an App that we’ve designed called iQ app.  The app provides users with intuitive dashboards, analytics, and alerts to help them monitor system performances for the customer’s Apple device estate.

We are based in City Road between Angel and Old Street, just in the heart of London’s tech hub!


The Role:

As a Sales Executive at nDuo, you will be a key driver of our growth, responsible for proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. We are seeking a "hunter" with a strong affinity to see their own success as well as nDuo’s. The core products we offer are Jamf which is an Apple Device Management solution and Okta which is an identity management solution and our own App, iQ. Understanding of how they operate will improve your success. 

This role is for a person who is open to new adventures and challenges that come with working in a startup-like environment, eager to learn and happy to constantly target new prospects and walk them through the sales process for a successful outcome. The role will be reporting to the Sales Director.   


Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing Sales Strategies: Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target prospective clients.
  • Vendor relationship management: Building relationships with vendors to attain new prospects and support their leads through the sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal engineers: Liaise with internal engineers to set up demos and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships as the primary contact for account management.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals to add client value and maximise profits.
  • Product Knowledge: Understand the SaaS products to know when best to position them based on customer needs
  • Customer Feedback: Constantly obtain feedback from customer experiences to improve internal processes.  
  • Client Onboarding: Coordinate with the projects team for seamless onboarding and support of new clients.

Ideal/bonus skills: 

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the IT. Knowledge of Apple Ecosystem, Jamf or Okta would be a bonus

A genuine passion for technology and Apple devices are a bonus!  Feel free to share any other skills you could bring to our team


Benefits: 

  • Hybrid working (minimum 2 days in the office per week)
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm (1 hour for lunch)
  • 28 days of holiday including bank holidays.
  • £22-25K basic salary
  • £55k On target earnings with uncapped commission. Accelerators offered when minimum target is reached.
