You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that drive business value. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business requirements, prioritise issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide day-to-day support for business applications, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, with some availability for evening support as needed.
- Manage application environments to facilitate testing, including unit, regression, and user acceptance tests, and collaborate on the design and operation of data interfaces and APIs.
- Work closely with IT teams, vendors, and other departments to ensure data integrity and reliability, and provide mentorship to junior team members.
- Administer security access and monitor system performance, ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational policies.
- Develop and maintain detailed application support documentation and procedures.
- Partner with the Analytics team to enhance data quality and integration within the data warehouse and assist in developing reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and data trends.
- Support software deployment across various stakeholder groups and ensure smooth application onboarding processes.
Ideally you will have the following qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience in supporting large business applications and working with process and functional owners.
- Familiarity with the full application lifecycle, including Request for Proposals (RFPs), and experience coordinating application deployments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- In-depth knowledge of continuous quality improvement methodologies, management information systems, and change control procedures.
- Results-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Experience with SQL querying and report/dashboard creation using tools such as PowerBI.
- Ability to provide remote support across different time zones and willingness to travel occasionally to regional offices as required.
