FLT Driver

Are you a skilled and reliable Forklift Truck (FLT) driver looking for your next opportunity? We're seeking a highly motivated and safety-conscious individual to join our dynamic team as an FLT Driver in Coleford.

Job type: Temporary - Ongoing

Pay Rate: Pre parity - 11.44 per hour, post parity (After 12 weeks 13.32 per hour)

Location: Coleford, GL16

Shifts timings:

Range of 8 to 12 hour shifts

12 hours pattern: (Apply online only) & (Apply online only) (rotational)

8 hours pattern: Morning: 06:00 - 14:00, Afternoon: 14:00 - 22:00 & Night: 22:00 - 06:00 (rotational)

• After 12 week, day shift allowance 17.16 per shift
• After 12 weeks night shift allowance 28.60 per shift

Must be flexible for any shift pattern including day and night as per the requirement.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective production of quality products
• Forklift duties
• Supply of parts to production areas
• Follows all standard operating procedures
• Responsible for handling the product efficiently
• Some manual lifting required
• Adhere to PPE and H&S requirements
• Any other reasonable request as determined by line manager
• Completion of process control sheets when relevant
• Pro - Actively controlling potential problems

Qualifications:

• Having a counterbalance license is preferred but not essential as in-house refresher course will be given
• Should be basic computer literate
• Should have excellent communication skills
• Good People skills and the ability to work well within a team
