A leading technology and consulting organisation headquartered in London requires a Network Service Delivery Manager. The company specialises in integrating network and network security solutions for corporates and public sector organisations. The Network Service Delivery Manager will manage the service relationship for a major client operating a purely Cisco network environment. The role encompasses:
- Network Engineer Team Leadership - managing a team of Engineers embedded within the customer locations
- Network Service Delivery review - using ITSM tooling, assess the quality of network service delivery across the campus (inc. wireless), datacentre, WAN, security and authentication environments
- Service improvement: looking for opportunities to improve service delivery through improved technology and enhanced engineering
Required skillset:
- Experience network professional with a strong service approach to enterprise network delivery
- Background in network engineering and or network operations achieved in large scale enterprise environment
- Advanced knowledge of Cisco portfolio including Cisco ACI, Cisco SDA, Cisco DNA, Cisco Firepower, Cisco ISE
- Advanced understanding of monitoring and tooling - Solarwinds, Logic Monitor
