Overview

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee external and roofing refurbishment projects across scattered properties in North London. You will work closely with a reputable refurbishment contractor to deliver high-quality outcomes for a well-known housing association. This is an ongoing role, and we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise external and roofing refurbishment works across scattered properties in North London.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Liaise with the housing association and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain safety standards.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in external and roofing refurbishment.
• Background in social housing projects is essential.
• Valid UK driving license and access to a car for site visits.
• Ideally located in or near North London.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Salary & Benefits

• Day rate is competitive and based on experience.
• Mileage and ULEZ charges will be covered by the company.
