What you’ll do: 


As a Marketing Executive within our busy team, you’ll manage projects, foster partnerships, and administer third-party relationships with c2c’s marketing suppliers and stakeholders. You’ll also handle marketing collateral, provide ad hoc support, and contribute to business growth objectives. 


Key Accountabilities:  


  • Work with the marketing team to deliver relevant, timely and engaging marketing communications to our target market, inspiring revenue growth and uptake of digital products. 
  • Proactively support the delivery of ATL and BTL Marketing campaigns with project management of campaign creation, agency management, through to measurement and analysis of media channels. 
  • Own and manage the delivery of marketing communications required on-route, working closely with the station and fleet teams to identify requirements, advise communication solutions.    
  • Ensure timely delivery of marketing collateral, collaborating closely with suppliers, printers and distributors, to meet all project deadlines. Work with suppliers to strategically manage poster plans at stations, maximising visibility and impact. 
  • Build strong working relationships with colleagues and departments, including Customer Services and Communications, to understand their requirements and lead on relevant campaigns. 
  • Ensure a thorough grasp of c2c's brand guidelines to maintain compliance across all collateral. As the Brand Guardian, handle internal branding requests for both internal and external assets throughout the business. 
  • Advocate for the marketing team within the company. Collaborate with the CRM Manager to create the monthly marketing internal newsletter and maintain updates on the marketing intranet page. 
  • Collaborate with the B2B Manager and Marketing & Brand Manager to implement product promotions, handle T&Cs, and organise promotional events along the c2c route. Build partnerships with attractions and destinations, nurture existing relationships, and lead partner campaigns 
  • Support the marketing team with admin functions. Be responsible for raising POs, monitor expenditure against budget, maintain best practices within marketing folders and image library, and take and distribute notes and actions from meetings. 


What it takes: 


  • 2 years + marketing experience, preferably with a degree, to include experience of marketing using both digital and offline channels 
  • Understanding: Familiarity with the print, production, and distribution process. 
  • Copywriting Skills: Strong ability to create compelling marketing content. 
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Attention to Detail: Outstanding eye for detail. 
  • Budget Management: Understanding of budgeting and forecasting. 
  • Initiative: Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently under tight deadlines 
  • Adaptability: Quick thinking and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Commerciality: Aptitude to recognise and develop opportunities which deliver a positive return on investment
