They are seeking a Street Lighting and Vehicle Charging Electrician. Is the role you will play a crucial role in the installation and maintenance of street lighting and electric vehicle chargers. Responsibilities of the Electrician:
Installing lanterns on new columns
Setting up feeder pillars and associated distribution systems
Installing EV chargers on both domestic and commercial premises
Conducting fault finding on SWA underground networks
Performing cable pulls and private SWA jointing
Testing and certifying completed works
Conducting periodic inspections, testing, and rectification work
Criteria of the Electrician:
Experience with street lighting contracts
Completion of an electrical apprenticeship, including the 18th edition
A full driving license
Desirable Qualifications:
Class 2 Driving License
Towing experience
C&G 2394/2395 inspection and testing certification
C&G 2919 Vehicle Charging certification
