Project Architect | Norwich | 2-3 days hybrid

We are looking to recruit an ambitious Project Architect to join an award winning, friendly multi-disciplinary consultancy in Norwich. The successful project Architect will have an important role, leading aspects of some of their key projects.

The Company

Our client are a mid-sized multi-disciplinary consultancy with several UK office. They have experience in a number of project sectors and scales. They have an excellent work life balance in place, flexible working hours and a real commitment to looking after their staff. Including 2-3 days working from home available.

All projects are in Revit and most are BIM level 2. Revit training can be provided.

The team are passionate about their work and there is a friendly and sociable working environment.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will join the practice as a Project Architect with progression to Senior Architect and will be given support and autonomy from day 1 and will have the opportunity to take a leading role on several key projects.

The company work in Revit, have a BIM manager and a dedicated BIM team which help support the Architects and Technologists.

The Requirements:

• Fully qualified architect, Part III, ARB or equivalent
• Experience using Revit (and AutoCAD) would be an advantage
• Experience working on UK based projects and good knowledge of the UK building regs
• Experience/knowledge across technical work stages is required
• An interest in working on a variety of project typologies

Salary and Package

• Salary of £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
• Hybrid working, 2-3 days working from home per week
• 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
• Private healthcare, pension etc.
