Quality Assurance Officer - Calibration and Compliance

Responsibilities

• Required to ensure the production / updating of correct templates that increases the Telford capability and ensures continued relevance of existing calibrations on the multi-vendor site.
• Validation of Calibration reports produced to ensure compliance, quality and correct delivery to customer.
• Will be instrumental in the application of UKAS requirements to for Telford to maintain its Accredited status. (e.g. environmental controls, interlab comparisons, etc.)
• Will coordinate quality / complaint investigations across departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensures continuous compliance to Keysight global and local processes through checks and audits so that the customer gets the best service.
• Deputizes for the Quality Manager

Qualifications

• Candidates must have 3 years experience in a quality based role.
• Should have knowledge of ISO 17025 and ISO 9001.
• Must be computer literate, specifically in Excel and Word.
• Experience in sectors such as aerospace, automotive, pharmaceuticals, or other precision-driven industries would be advantageous.
