About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of the ICRAS Central and South Liverpool Urgent Therapy Team for an experienced Occupational Therapist. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team committed to providing high-quality care and support to the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' needs in a community setting.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans focused on reablement.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and document patient progress.
• Educate and support patients and their families on therapy interventions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
• Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Experience in reablement, community assessment, and treatment is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be a car driver with access to a vehicle for community visits.
