About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of the ICRAS Central and South Liverpool Urgent Therapy Team for an experienced Occupational Therapist. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team committed to providing high-quality care and support to the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' needs in a community setting.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans focused on reablement.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and document patient progress.
- Educate and support patients and their families on therapy interventions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Experience in reablement, community assessment, and treatment is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a car driver with access to a vehicle for community visits.
