Senior Consultant - Cloud Operating Models

My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption & Digital Architecture/Transformation and NextGen AI Solutions, with offices in London, Manchester and Glasgow (hybrid working model of 1 day in the office / 4 days remote p/w - as per client request, ad hoc client site travel is also required - 2-3 days a week maximum). Clients include Government, Finance, Retail & Energy sectors.

They are looking for a Senior Consultant - Cloud Operation Model (Cloud Transformation/Service Mng consultant driving DevOps & Cloud/CCOE)

Overview of the role:

Our Cloud Transformation Advisory Services enables our clients to transform their business and unlock the value of cloud. We provide value-centric cloud advisory services with sector-specific expertise. Our deep skills in cloud strategy, orchestration, operating models, and cloud economics complimented by global resources help guide clients in their cloud journey and deliver business results. Our cloud advisory capability is part of the wider Enterprise Transformation capability and works closely with other Invent capabilities.

This is a high impact role in the Cloud Transformation capability unit contributing to strategic proposals, drive client engagement, secure new business opportunities, and mentor a high-performing team to support consulting practice growth.

Must have requirements:

• Must be eligible or already possess BPSS Security Clearance
• Practical experience with ITILv4 best practices and frameworks, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Desk operations
• An ITILv4 Foundation or higher-level certification demonstrating formal training and understanding of ITIL processes will be highly valued
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements, ensuring that cloud environments are secure and adhere to industry standards and regulations
• Experience in implementing platform based operating models & designing organisation structures that enables to enhance cloud value
• Some understanding and experience with DevOps principles and practices
• Understanding of different elements of a cloud adoption strategy including the structure and functions within a Cloud Centre of Excellence (CCoE)
• Proven track record in Presales & Sales/Business Development
