Compliance Officer

We are actively looking for a Compliance Coordinator to support a housing association in the South Birmingham area on an initial 2 month contract.

As the Compliance Coordinator you will be:

• Supporting the compliance and building safety team to schedule work in for the contractors
• Booking in work from the surveys conducted on the fire safety systems in the domestic properties
• Imputing all data into the database to ensure all up to date with policies
• Liaising closely with the housing team

Experience and qualifications:

• Social housing experience
• Administration or coordinating experience in a compliance team
• Strong excel skills
