Job Requirements/Description

Working with a variety of stakeholders across the business, you will identify areas we can make operational improvements, and then translating this into requirements for business systems teams, with the goal of improving operational efficiency across the organization.


You will report into the Head of CRM & Sales Operations and whilst having a focus on project work, you will also be required to support across other aspects of sales operations and work with the wider senior team to deliver business goals.


Key Responsibilities:



Sales Ops Project Management and Delivery


  • Gather requirements for changes and new processes and communicate with business stakeholders
  • Write requirements and review changes with Business Systems team
  • Manage testing and release of projects and system change
  • Ensure process optimization and data integrity is maintained
  • Work alongside Data & Analytics team to ensure all reporting requirements and KPI’s are relevant and reported accurately
  • Plan and deliver training sessions for process changes


Sales Ops General Support


  • Support with analysis and day-to-day management of tech stack, managing relationships with our tech partners
  • Research into potential upgrades to software with cost analyst
  • Ad hoc data analysis/support with business intelligence reporting
  • Using data collected to identify new revenue streams, trends and areas for general business improvement


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • 2+ years working in an operational role, working and communicating with business stakeholders and business systems teams
  • Experience creating and implementing business processes and changes, driving operational efficiency, consistent data quality and advanced insights
  • Experience with CRM systems, front end user experience and processes
  • Training end users on new processes, building process guides and regular monitoring of end users
  • Track record managing multiple projects across different business streams
  • Strong MS Excel / Data analysis knowledge and experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, consultancy and advisory skills
  • Hands on Salesforce experience, managing business processes within the CRM
