You’ll be working across 2 BTR schemes consisting of 161 residential apartments and will assist in driving the performance of the site.

Your Responsibilities:

• Keep properties in top-notch condition with expert maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems
• Respond swiftly to emergency repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to residents
• Lead preventative maintenance to safeguard our assets and enhance resident satisfaction
• Prepare vacant units for new residents, maintaining our high standards
• Work closely with property management team to elevate their communities

Your Requirements:

• 3+ years of maintenance experience, ideally in residential or BTR environments
• Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer service
• A commitment to safety and excellence
