I am working with an industry leading General Contractor, who are looking for a Site Manager to join their fitout construction project.
This role will run for 6 months initially.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate trades, labour on the internals of the project.
- Managing more junior members of the team including Assistant Site Managers.
- Monitoring site performance against the programme.
- Ensuring a high level of health & safety is maintained on site.
- Quality control.
Requirements
- 5-7 years working on mid scale construction projects.
- Previous experience working on fitout projects is highly desirable.
- HNC /HND in construction related subject is preferred.
- SMSTS & CSCS card required.
