About the Firm and Role:

Our Client in an award-winning legal firm based in Leeds with a reputation for their excellent workplace culture. Over the past several years in particular the firm has seen astonishing levels of success and growth, making them within the top 5 fasting growing law firms in Europe in 2022.

Due to this continued growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Associate or Senior Associate to join the team. This role will see you manage your own caseload and client relationships with support as needed.

You will work closely with senior lawyers within the team on high value matters, take the lead on smaller deals and have scope to work on a wide-ranging client base including PLC’s, private companies both within the UK and internationally.

Our client believes in building lasting long-term relationships and you will be given the time to develop these connections as well opportunities to contribute towards business development.

We are actively welcoming applications from candidates with the 3-8PQE bracket with experience across a wide range of corporate matters including M&A, private equity investments, buyouts, reorganisations and corporate governance.

Additionally, the firm offers an agile working policy with the ability to work from home up to 2 days per week.
