Dalkia UK have an opportunity for a Water Risk Assessor primarily based at Leiston and Sizewell C.
Overview
The role is responsible for Conducting Legionella and Water Hygiene risk assessments in various facilities to identify potential risks and sources of Legionella bacteria.
Reporting to the Performance Lead, you will collect water samples for analysis and conduct on-site and off-site testing, preparing detailed reports and outlining findings and recommendations for risk mitigation.
Main Duties
- Conduct thorough review of current logbooks and checks of previous assessments
- Carry out consultation with everyone involved in controlling the bacteria, including the client
- Verification of management procedures and relevant paperwork
- Physical inspections of water systems in all buildings
- Inspection of any site where aerosols have potential to be created, carrying out all administration to support the effective running of our client contract.
- Ensure electronic and paper records, including reports are completed in a timely manner
- Manage all queries from both internal and external customers and clients through to conclusion
Qualifications or Required Experience
- Experience in assessing Legionella and Water Hygiene.
- Risk Assessment for Legionella and Water Hygiene Control in Water Systems City & Guilds qualification
- Highly motivated
- Clean Driving License
- Good client facing skills
