Funding and Compliance Administrator – National Training Provider
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
Location: Central London (Hybrid - 4 days remote, 1 day in office)
Holiday: 25 days bank holidays
Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with strong administrative skills? We have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Administrator to join a dynamic team supporting apprenticeship, recruitment, and training functions. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working, allowing you to work remotely for four days a week with one day in the office based in Central London.

Key Responsibilities of the Funding and Compliance Administrator
Apprenticeships:
• Onboard apprenticeship learners, ensuring compliance before enrolment
• Input learner data into the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS)
• Attend DAS and apprenticeship compliance meetings
• Generate reports and update CRM systems
Recruitment:
• Audit recruitment placements and issue contracts
• Draft and send recruitment terms and conditions
Training Scheduling & Administration:
• Manage enrolment, attendance tracking, and exam administration
• Support bootcamp project processes and training schedules
• Conduct data analysis and reporting on training outcomes
General Administration & Support:
• Organise training courses and maintain internal systems
• Support office management, staff engagement, and ad hoc projects
Candidate Requirements for the Funding and Compliance Administrator
• Previous experience in Work-Based Learning Compliance/Administration
• Knowledge of Apprenticeships and Skills Bootcamps is essential
• Familiarity with Apprenticeship/Skills Bootcamp Funding
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience using CRM or similar reporting systems
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders
