T2M are recruiting for a Project Manager to join a growing technology and manufacturing business to lead their project and programme management team.

As Project Manager, this role partners with technical and engineering teams to deliver customer projects involving R&D, product development, and manufacturing.

Duties of the Project Manager:

• Business partnering with engineering leaders and teams.
• Working with engineering and production teams to deliver projects.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget, meeting customer requirements.
• Managing customers and internal stakeholders.
• Reporting on project updates, timelines, and risks.
• Evaluate commercial and financial opportunity.
• Support commercial teams in project scoping and budgeting.

Requirements to be successful as a Project Manager:

• Prince 2 Practitioner and/or similar qualification such as MSP.
• Engineering or technical degree level qualification.
• Previous experience of leading R&D, product development and production projects.
• Clear and confident communicator/presenter at all levels of business.
• Commercial and business acumen.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

This role is based in Milton Keynes however will also require some travel in the UK, therefore a UK driving license is essential.
