Job Requirements/Description

We are looking for a seasoned Application Support Team Lead to join and lead our team.


Your Responsibilities

  • Leadership and development of Application support team, including alignment of activities, roles and responsibilities cross-functions and departments
  • Build long-term customer relationship, act as escalation point and drive initiatives to increase customer satisfaction within technical services
  • Create and/or maintain environments to assure SLA & KPI fulfillment, including incident & problem management activities in the team/ across the entire organization to assure deliverables in time and quality
  • Drive Operational Excellence, compliance with ITIL standards, ensure service documentation and contribute to overall continuous service improvements
  • Contribute to project specific tasks in technical lead function
  • Foster and contribute to close alignment and co-operation with Service Delivery Management
  • Create and maintain good working relationships within internal departments as well as 3rd party vendors and external suppliers
  • Take vital lead role in the on-boarding of new clients and creation of new services and operations models


Your profile

  • Higher education with IT background
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Leadership position, 10+ years in comparable IT service environments
  • High customer and solution orientation/personality with can-do attitude
  • Experienced with the management of state-of the art system environments and common vendors, including infrastructure services, delivery of the IT Applications and the related monitoring solutions.
  • ITIL v3/v4 certification is an asset
  • Business fluent in English (both written and oral), Excellent communication skills and Team player
  • Willingness to travel (up to 20%) and work in an international team
  • Availability for oncalls.
