Sales Advisor – Staples Corner (NW25 7LZ) - Plumb Centre

As a Sales Advisor based in our Staples Corner (NW2 7LZ) branch you’ll be responsible for:  

• Assisting customers at the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations.

• Handling customer enquiries via phone and email with a positive, proactive attitude, building strong relationships and ensuring excellent customer service.

• Completing general warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, organising deliveries and merchandising displays to a high standard.

This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday between 07.30am – 5.00pm and Saturday morning on a rota basis from 08.00am – 12.00pm (paid overtime)

• Confidence in building rapport with customers in a sales environment

• Great team player willing to support in all areas of the branch
