Key Duties:

• Design and implement engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes students' personal and academic growth.
• Foster a supportive learning environment for students of all abilities, including those with special educational needs.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing clear feedback and communicating effectively with parents and carers.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants, SEN coordinators, and other staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a productive learning space.
• Take part in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and extracurricular activities to support the wider school community.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
• Proven experience teaching in a primary school, ideally in Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2).
• Strong ability to tailor lessons to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with additional needs.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• Passionate about creating an inspiring and nurturing learning environment.
