This practice, with an acclaimed portfolio of groundbreaking projects, is seeking a talented PA / Project Coordinator to join their busy team. You will play a key role in supporting the design/project teams with meeting arrangements, travel coordination, expense management and document production.
Key Responsibilities
- Extensive diary management, including arrangement of client meetings and site visits for project leaders and wider team
- Coordinate travel and accommodation booking for the Project Director and design team
- Liaise with accounts departments on invoices, fee proposals and contracts
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the team as required
- Assist with project submissions when required
- Assist with project presentations when required
Skills and Experience
- Prior experience within a PA and/or project support role, ideally within architecture or design
- Strong IT skills, experience Adobe suite are highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
