The role of Customer Services Assistant in our reception team is based at our Mayfield retirement village in Watford. Mayfield Watford is part of a buzzing residential neighbourhood which includes facilities such as a shop, Bar and Bistro, leisure club and a beautiful riverside park.
Mayfield villages comprises of owners, who permanently reside on site within their own private homes and who pay a management fee for the upkeep of their properties and access to services on site. In addition the village hosts external customers and this role is responsible for providing a first class, positive experience for all.
The Customer Services Assistant is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to all Mayfield customers. This role is highly customer centered and involves regular and diverse communication with both colleagues and owners. The focus is on providing a warm and friendly service and setting a great example for our warm, empathetic and efficient team. Our owners are proud of where they live and you’ll take pride in your work by paying particular attention to the detail for our owners who expect a high level of service. You’ll also have the opportunity to be involved in the delivery of regular hospitality events at the village.
