About the Role:
As a key member of theCourt of Protection Team, you will work alongside senior solicitors and support staff to provide expert legal advice on managing the financial affairs and property matters of individuals who have lost mental capacity. Your work will involve:
- Supporting and advising ondeputyship applications.
- Managing client affairs, including property and finances, for vulnerable individuals.
- Handling a caseload ofproperty and financial affairs mattersunder the Court of Protection.
- Assisting withstatutory willsand other related Court of Protection issues.
- Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver the best outcomes for clients.

What Were Looking For:
- Anewly qualified SolicitororChartered Legal Executivewith relevant experience, ideally within aCourt of Protectionteam.
- Experience inPrivate ClientorPersonal Injurylaw with knowledge of theMental Capacity Actwill be considered for those without direct Court of Protection experience.
- Acalm, empathetic approachto working with vulnerable individuals and families facing challenging situations.
- Highly numeratewith a keen eye for detail, especially when working with budgets and accounts.
- Strongcommunication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
