Senior Compliance Manager

Arthur have partnered with a leading General Insurer who are seeking a Senior Compliance Manager (advisory) to join their 2nd line compliance team reporting into the Head of Compliance. This is a full time, permanent position operating on a hybrid basis.

Experience/qualifications:

• 5+ years in a relevant compliance role
• Insurance background (General Insurance is preference)
• Strong experience with FCA/PRA rules and guidelines
• Proven track record building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
