Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Late Shift Senior Turner (Setter/Programmer). The role involves setting up and programming CNC machines for manufacturing precision parts, ensuring quality and adherence to tight tolerances. Responsibilities include producing parts in batches ranging from 1,000pcs to 100,000pcs, meeting production targets, and maintaining machine efficiency during the late shift.

2pm - 1am (Monday - Thursday)

4 Day week

Qualifications

• CNC Programming and Machine Setting skills
• Sliding Head and/or Fixed Head experience
• Experience in manufacturing precision metal and plastic parts
• Knowledge of interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Attention to detail and quality assurance mindset
• Previous experience in aerospace, automotive, or related industries
• Relevant technical certification or apprenticeship in engineering
