Print Production Manager

Job Title: Print Production Manager – Expertise in POS and Marketing Print (6-month FTC)**

Salary: Up to £38,000

Location: Manchester (Hybrid – 2 days in office, 3 days WFH)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We’re looking for someone with strong skills in print production management, ideally with experience in POS and marketing print. The ideal candidate should be a proactive, hands-on individual with a passion for sustainability and innovative marketing solutions. Candidates from retail, finance, or insurance** industries will have an advantage, but other backgrounds will be considered.

Key Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in account/project management or print production

- Expertise in POS and/or marketing print

- Strong skills in production and procurement processes.

- Experience working with major brands, ideally within retail, finance, or insurance.

- Passionate about sustainability and eco-friendly marketing materials.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Print Production Manager to join a dynamic and innovative marketing services provider, specialising in Print and POS. In this role, you will manage the entire lifecycle of print and POS projects, from the initial brief to final delivery. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the end-to-end process of print and POS production.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget.

- Ensure quality and adherence to service standards throughout project execution.

- Develop solutions for in-store marketing campaigns, with a focus on design and production principles.

- Manage procurement and production processes, ensuring efficient and sustainable practices.
