Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development team to deliver impactful solutions for NATO.
- Engage with users to capture operational requirements.
- Act as a technical lead in the Coalition Warrior Interoperability Exercise (CWIX) in Poland.
- Translate user needs into detailed specifications and designs.
- Provide guidance on solution development, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Contribute to coding and support change management processes.
Requirements:
- 4+ years in JavaScript and/or C#.
- Experience with Elastic Search or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of Data Bricks, Apache Kafka, and modern software development methodologies (Agile/SCRUM).
- Familiarity with JSON, XML, and network designs.
- Strong presentation skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Must hold NATO nationality and be fluent in English.
