Bouygues UK have an exciting opportunity for experienced Senior/Site Manager (Tender Preparation).

We seek an individual with experience in the participation and preparation of tenders for sub-contractors. Additionally you will,have experience with providing a strategy to achieve internal fit out, and prepare the scope of works including interfaces with other trades, schedule of attendance, programme etc.

This project will include the design and build of a £80m ambulatory diagnostic centre at West Middlesex University Hospital (Isleworth). It will include five storeys of new build, a rooftop plant and a small terrace area, the ground-floor will be a one-storey link corridor to the existing hospital building. This new centre is designed to be an all-electric building.


Essential Criteria:

  • Knowledge of UK building regulations including UK H&S construction laws and their application
  • Ability to manage subcontractors
  • Experience participation and preparation of tenders for sub-contractors.
  • Main contractor experience
  • SMSTS, CSCS - must be current
  • Stress Management
  • High levels of quality standards
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and produces accurate work


Job Purpose and Scope

  • Responsible to prepare package tender for internal trades before Invitation to Tender
  • Participate to design coordination, including the capacity to manage a CDP (sub-contractors with design portion)
  • Capacity to manage a team of site manager and assistant site manager, ensure to delegate, track and check their work
  • Capacity to have a broad view of the architectural packages (commercial, technicaletc.)
