What you’ll be doing:
- Supervising and supporting composting operations across three sites.
- Operating a telehandler to move waste and materials.
- Performing daily and weekly checks, completing necessary paperwork.
- Carrying out routine and minor repairs, and organising site maintenance.
- Ensuring health & safety compliance and PPE adherence.
- Liaising with regulatory inspectors as needed.
What we want from you:
- Experience in composting, recycling, or similar environments with plant operations and routine maintenance.
- Proven supervisory experience, ideally across multiple locations.
- Knowledge of PAS100 is advantageous.
