Software Project Lead

A leading global organisation are currently looking for a Software Project Lead to join their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position with hybrid working.

Key responsibilities will include:

· Ensuring that quality standards are met

· Providing technical guidance and mentoring the team

· Leading and empowering the team to get the best results

· Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

· Having awareness of project budgets and ensuring they are used efficiently

· Supporting the creation of project and release documentation

· Identifying opportunities and supporting implementation

The successful candidate will have:

· Experience in a similar role

· Experience in leading a team

· Experience working to set project budgets

· Experience working with key stakeholders

· Experience working to time constraints

· Excellent interpersonal skills
