HR Business Partner (13 month mat cover FTC) - Creative

We have partnered with a leading Creative brand who are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to come in on a 13-month maternity cover FTC.

As the People Partner, you will be the go-to person on all people related topics for their largest department c. 220 + oversee people metrics/agenda for a third party of c. 300. Partnering directly with the management team and wider function in proactively leading all aspects of the people cycle and embedding the annual people strategy, working closely with the Head of People to identify and execute people initiatives that will enable business performance.

This is a dynamic, generalist business partner role, very broad and busy! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys getting stuck in, is experienced working within an incredibly fast paced environment and thrives from acting as a true business partner to their remit.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Business Partner with responsibility of a large business unit, preferably working closely with senior leaders.

You will have proven success in identifying focus areas and executing people strategies. Ideally, if you have worked within a business which is global or EMEA e.g. HQ is outside of the UK and/or they have other teams outside of the UK that you have liaised with then this is key as in this role you will still manage interaction with the EMEA and Global teams on best practice even if you have just managed a UK client group.
