Folk Truck Driver/Warehouse

We are looking to recruit a forklift driver for our well established client in the local area .

This can be a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and the ability to operate warehouse machinery.

Main Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming materials and products
- Prepare orders for shipment by pulling items from shelves and packing them securely
- Utilise warehouse management system to track inventory and update records
- Operate counterbalance forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials within the facility
- Collaborate with team members to fulfil customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Skills:
- Proficiency in using a warehouse management system for inventory tracking
- Experience with shipping and receiving processes
- Ability to load, unload, and stack materials safely
- Valid counterbalance forklift certification is preferred
- Strong materials handling skills, including the ability to lift heavy objects
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety procedures
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order fulfilment

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a challenging role in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This role will be mainly Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm
