As the Inside Sales Contract Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales teams with the non-standard contract review submissions. You will oversee the overall contract review process, ensuring strict compliance, data accuracy, and integrity. Additionally, you will ensure timely and clear communication with sales teams and customers to drive efficient operations.

Key Job Elements:


  • Efficient, timely and accurate processing of all EMEIA Non-Standard contract review orders within the ERP.
  • Launch and own the Non-Standard Contract Review process, collaborating with the team.
  • Work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders (as defined from time to time) to complete non-standard contract review.
  • Discretionary Support with the Tender reviews, working with the Sales Managers and Inside Sales.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to support the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • To provide weekly statistical information as requested by management to include but not limited to call analysis, customer feedback surveys and KPIs.
  • Develop skills to enable and maximise job performance and professional development.
  • General cover for any of the EMEIA areas as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Skills and Qualifications:


Required

  • Proven work experience as a Contract/Tender admin support, or similar role.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to ensure compliance.
  • Exceptional communication skills (Verbal and Written)
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Close attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy and data accuracy skills.
  • CRM & ERP Experience


Preferred

  • Vacuum Industry Knowledge.
  • Second European language desirable.
