Construction Manager

Role: M&E Construction Manager

Location: London - Hybrid

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Rate: Dependent on Experience (Inside IR35)

Start Date: ASAP

We are working with a leading M&E Design and Build consultancy looking for an experienced M&E Construction Manager to oversee mechanical and electrical installations on their commercial projects in Central London. This is an initial 12-month contract with the potential for extension based on project demands.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing M&E aspects of construction projects from start to finish
• Must have experience completing Commercial projects other building service projects is desireable.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as relevant safety regulations
• Ability to coordinate with various teams, including subcontractors, engineers, and clients
• Experience in managing M&E budgets, schedules, and quality control
• Relevant qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management, are preferred
