We are recruiting for a top-level Sales Director to join a full-service marketing agency based in Central London.
After undergoing a huge period of growth, the agency is now looking for a business-savvy Sales Director to generate new business, contributing to the top and bottom-line growth of the company.
Answering to the Managing Director, the Sales Director will manage and deliver upon the sales funnel, working with the MD to pitch new business opportunities as they reach the appropriate stages of the sales cycle. You will play an integral part in the client growth strategy, striving to create a sales funnel 4-5 times the size of the quota at any point after a significant ramp-up in the business. The right candidate MUST have experience in sales of marketing or media solutions. If you have a background in Marketing Agency sales, your application will be looked upon favorably.
Location: London (Liverpool St)
Salary: Up to 100k per annum plus uncapped commission
As this is a ‘Director’ role, the right candidate will also need to have strong leadership skills, operate as a knowledge leader in the marketing space, and be able to explain complex business models, tools and concepts simply. You will also inspire the team working below you to keep to high standards, those set out by you.
The right candidate will be a natural salesperson, familiar with SaaS and Marketing agencies. You will be enthusiastic and vibrant with great business acumen, willing to share this with your colleagues around you. Naturally competitive, you will thrive off winning business for the agency, always seeking out sales potential to boost the growth of the company.
