My client is a successful and growing e-commerce business based in the west midlands who are currently looking for a talented Head of e-commerce to join their business as the leader of their Ecommerce team.

You will oversee the brands online operations, refining websites, improving user experiences, and ensuring conversion efficiency across territories in the UK and Europe. You will develop strategies aligned with the company goals, prioritising customer-centric experiences while fostering growth and profitability. You will Collaborate with PPC, SEO, and email marketing teams to create a cohesive Ecommerce strategy, drawing on expertise in sales, marketing, and technology to deliver superior brand and shopping experiences for all customers.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in senior ECommerce roles, demonstrating strong commercial acumen and exceptional data analytical skills. Experience in online retail is preferred, along with the ability to interpret market data and financials to drive strategic decisions.
