What You ll Do:

• Provide direct care and support to children in a nurturing residential setting.
• Build meaningful relationships that help children thrive and feel secure.
• Promote positive experiences and create a safe, supportive environment.
• Lead and inspire your team to deliver the highest standard of care.

What We re Looking For:

• Experience as a Support Worker with children or young adults.
• Strong ability to connect with and support children, fostering trust and rapport.
• A resilient and adaptable attitude, ready to embrace the challenges and rewards of this role.
• NVQ3 in Children and Young People (or a commitment to achieve it).
