Here at Destination Education, we are working with a SEN school based in Bishops Stortford who are looking for enthusiastic SEN teaching assistants to join their team in September.

SEN Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:

• Help maintain an engaging and stimulating environment for students.
• Work in groups or 1:1 with students that require extra support.
• Provide personal care when needed.

SEN Teaching Assistant Requirements:

• Experience working with students/young adults with special educational needs (SEN) preferred
• Passionate about working with young people with SEN and other learning difficulties
• Excellent communication skills, being able to work effectively as part of a team
• A positive, can-do attitude.
• Be reliable and professional
• Be able to provide an up to date DBS (or apply for one)
