About the role of Site Manager:

Exciting Internal Site Manager opportunity in West London for a leading residential developer.

Working on a 400 unit, RC frame apartment scheme, overseeing the Internal fit out from 1st fix to handover.

Responsibilities for Site Manager:

• Understand internal elements, overseeing t1st fix to handover.
• Helping to implement new procedures
• Communication with sub contractors
• Liaising with clients
• Day to day support with running of site

Requirements for Site Manager:

• Overseen the internals multiple times on residential projects.
• Experience working on residential and housing projects.
• Understanding of full internal build process.
