• Managing the Goods In process to ensure the correct and timely intake of goods to the warehouse whilst simultaneously driving continuous improvement

• Leading and motivating a team to meet performance targets
• Conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback
• Implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

The ideal applicant will have minimum 2 years experience of management within the Logistics sector full job training will be provided.

No qualifications required for this role however excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable effective interaction with team members and other departments.
