Factory Manager

We are currently partnering with an exciting food manufacturing business who are growing and are now looking for a Factory Manager to take responsibility for all of the manufacturing and distribution activities on site.

As the business is only two years old they are a relatively small team currently but have established customers within the food service sector and are now looking to expand into the retailers and B2B which will grow the site over coming months and years.

This will be a hands on role, leading from the front, developing and coaching the team, setting KPI's and driving efficiencies across all areas, the role will report directly into the MD and be involved in the future strategy of the business.

To be considered you must have worked within the food manufacturing sector, have a strong understanding of excellence in manufacturing and be an engaging leader of people
