We have one remaining position to join our vibrant central London office, as an Entry Level 360 Recruitment Consultant. You would be part of a cohort of 5 entry level consultants.

This is a sales focussed role involving: Heavy Business Development, Account Management, Negotiation, Headhunting, Process Management, Candidate Qualification and much more!

No experience is required. You will benefit from our full training programme to teach you every aspect of being a successful 360 Recruiter. You will also benefit from our fantastic roster of hyper-growth clients and the opportunity to join and leverage these accounts.

As a Recruitment Consultant at 3pX Group, you will use your positive, winner’s attitude to develop a well mapped, niche market, building strong and lasting relationships with clients and candidates - working collaboratively and supportively within your team.

Average On Target Earnings (OTE) commission + base salary combined:

• First 6 Months = £35,000-40,000
• 6-18 Months = £40-50,000
