UI Designer

I'm working with a cutting-edge fintech company that's revolutionizing the financial services sector. They're seeking an experienced UI Designer to join their fast-growing team in Manchester.

As the lead UI Designer, you'll work closely with the product owner to oversee the design of their website and mobile app. You'll have the autonomy to make key design decisions while aligning with the company's brand and business objectives. This is a rare opportunity to own all aspects of UI design in a greenfield project for a company full of smart, collaborative individuals.

Role Overview:

• Location: 1-2 days onsite in Manchester city centre
• Salary: £40,000 - £50,000, depending on experience

Skills and Experience:

• Able to independently lead design and introduce fresh ideas
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
• Experience in Agile/Scrum collaboration
• Proficient in Storybook and managing design systems
• Background in user-centered product development
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
