Job Requirements/Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator for an immediate start ongoing temporary assignment based in Cardiff.


This is a full-time office-based role, working Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm and Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm.


You will be required to provide administration support to the busy Sales team and duties will include:

  • Processing orders and invoices.
  • Monitoring and retrieving emails.
  • Producing quotations and reports
  • Maintaining and update filing systems


The successful candidate must have previous office administration experience together with:

  • Fast and accurate keyboard skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work as part of a busy team ensuring targets are achieved.
  • Knowledge of GPS & SAP systems would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.
