The role:

The company is looking to recruit a day shift and night shift Senior Welders.

The candidate:

The candidate for the Senior Welder role should:

• Have strong experience with fabricating and welding within architectural steelwork.
• Be experienced working with tools.
• Have good leadership skills.
• Be able to enforce rules and help take charge on night shift.
• Be able to report back.
• Be experienced working closely with production team when needed.
• Be able to lead by example.

The role of the Senior Welder involves:

• 80% productive 20% supervision.
• Welding and Fabricating
• Supervising a Team.
• Adhering to health and safety.
• Ensuring quality, health and safety / housekeeping standards are of the highest level.
