Job Title: Security Business Development Manager

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £60,000 - £75,000)

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you'll drive new business and manage existing accounts across the South of England, with potential for national coverage. You’ll work closely with the Operations Director and have a direct impact on company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Exceed sales targets and grow our client base.
• Develop relationships with clients across multiple sectors.
• Collaborate with technical teams for smooth project delivery.
• Stay current on industry trends and technology.

• Proven B2B sales experience in security systems.
• Strong understanding of access control, CCTV, and related products.
