Job Requirements/Description

Here at Linney, we are a world-class, multichannel marketing services business, and we like to do things a bit differently.

Working as part of the ecommerce project management team, you will be responsible for a select few ecommerce clients, driving their work through our business and being the key contact for all requests and queries.

You'll experience real variety in this role, from ideation through to delivery and impact, and you’ll use a broad mix of skills from creativity and problem-solving to analytical thinking, data storytelling, and project planning. One day you’ll be arranging for new stock to be delivered to Amazon, and the next you’ll be a key stakeholder in a huge brand launch for one of your clients, ensuring deadlines are met and making the experience as smooth as possible.

This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to further their career in ecommerce, offering amazing opportunities for career development and a flexible working environment. You’ll be part of a close-knit, dedicated team, working closely with account managers.

We move and think fast so it's important that you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are happy to do whatever it takes to support the team. If that sounds exciting, we would love you to join us.

Typical day-to-day tasks:

• Project-manage cross-functional efforts to ensure timely and successful delivery of client orders (both B2B and D2C), working closely with our pick, pack, despatch team

• Working with clients, take in the brief and manage the timeline and delivery of all orders for promotions and product launches

• With the guidance of the ecommerce lead, build up reporting and evaluate customer and order data to improve our working processes

• Collaborate with internal teams when products and services have been cross sold, to provide a seamless client experience

• Be an active contributor to client review meetings, taking on client feedback

• Create and streamline internal and client SOPs, to ensure smooth running of the account

• Liaise with internal stakeholders including finance, customer service, IT and operations

Essential requirements:

• Strong experience within the ecommerce sector, ideally within a fast-paced B2C or D2C environment

• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

• Experience in project management methodologies and willingness to adapt process to business needs

• Relentless high standards and great attention to detail

• Proactive, flexible mindset with the tenacity to take the initiative

• A target-driven attitude aligned with resilience and determination

• A solution-centric approach with a positive outlook that welcomes challenges

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders

• Exceptional organisational and project management skills
